Terms and Conditions 2016 Win a Safari
ARTICLE 1 – CONTEST ORGANIZATION
The company Endless Summer Tours (Organizer Company) CK #2005/077782/23 organizes from Monday 1st of August 2016 (13.00) to Wednesday 30th of November 2016 (23.59) , a free contest without purchase, entitled “WIN A 2 NIGHT SAFARI WITH ENDLESS SUMMER TOURS” as described in this regulation.
This operation is not organized and sponsored by Facebook, Google, Apple Inc. or Microsoft Inc.
ARTICLE 2 – CONDITIONS OF PARTICIPATION
This free contest is open to any person over the age of 18, with web access and a valid email address.
The game is regulated by the South African law applicable to games and competitions. It is accessible in all countries. It is not open to personnel of the organizing company and their families, and all those involved in the development of the game. However, it is permissible for said parties to like, share and in all other forms, to spread the details of the competition. In the event of said parties been drawn by the automated system, a re-draw will be conducted.
The participation in this competition implies full acceptance, without reservation, to these regulations.
ARTICLE 3 – TERMS OF PARTICIPATION
This contest takes place exclusively on the facebook.com platform on https://www.facebook.com/EndlessSummerToursSA/ page exclusively on the dates indicated in Article 1 .
To play participants must :
– Connect to the Facebook page https://www.facebook.com/EndlessSummerToursSA/
– Like the Facebook page https://www.facebook.com/EndlessSummerToursSA/
– Watch the video of the contest, which is pinned at the top of the page.
– Identify in comment at least one friend on the post with who they would like to share the safari with and name the animal they saw in the video they would most like to see.
– Share the publication of the contest on their personal profile for the public.
Failure to perform any one of the above steps is cause for an invalid entry. However, this is completely at the discretion of the organizers, who have the final say in whether the criteria was met.
Participants can attend 24 hours on 24, 7 days 7, by connecting to the site via a standard web browser .
It is allowed only one entry per person -even name, same name, same email address or Facebook login – throughout the period of the game.
At any time, the participant is responsible for the accuracy of the information they provided. Therefore, they are responsible for the change of email address.
The responsibility of the organizer will in no circumstances be held liable for any malfunction of the mode of participation in this contest, even related to the characteristics of the Internet. In these cases, participants can not claim any compensation of any kind .
The contest is merely available on the Facebook platform. Facebook can in no event be liable, in case of litigation related to the contest. Facebook is not an organizer or sponsor of the operation.
ARTICLE 4 – ENDOWMENT
A 2 night safari in either the Kruger National Park or Hluhluwe Game Reserve (South Africa,) including transport, accommodation and meals stipulated, for 2 people.
The organizer reserves the right to verify the identity and age of any winner before receiving their prize. The endowment can in no instant be exchanged for its cash value or against any other prize.
The prize once claimed is valid for 6 months. Winners understand that the organizers reserve the right to determine what dates are available for the prize to be claimed, including but not limited to, high season, times of high booking volumes and similar.
ARTICLE 5 – DESIGNATION OF THE WINNER
A draw will take place Wednesday, December 14th 2016.
The publication of the result will be done on the Facebook page, within 14 days of the draw, once the result has been verified.
1 person will be designated as the winner and will receive a 2 night safari for them and a partner of their choice as stipulated in the prize details (Article 4) and conclusions.
An unclaimed prize will again become the property of the Promoter. The winner has 30 days to claim their prize, once the organizer notifies them via the Facebook page. The organizer is only required to give notice thereof this one time, as per the stipulated method of notice.
ARTICLE 6 – IDENTIFICATION OF WINNERS AND ELIMINATION OF PARTICIPATION
Participants authorize the verification of their identity. Failure of this regulation and any fraud or attempted cheating, whatever its terms, result in the outright elimination of the participation of its author.
ARTICLE 7 – USE OF THE IDENTITY OF WINNERS
If declared a winner, it was agreed that the participants authorize the organizing company to use for advertising purposes their name without restriction or reservation. The participants agree that during the safari they receive as the prize, the organizers may wish to document and use for promotional purposes thereafter.
ARTICLE 8 – REIMBURSEMENT OF PARTICIPATION
For this contest, it is agreed that all potential participation costs (including, without limitation, any internet connection fees, postage, request for a copy of this regulation) remain the responsibility of the participant.
ARTICLE 9 – RESPONSIBILITIES
Participation implies knowledge and acceptance of the characteristics and limitations of the Internet, the lack of protection of certain data against possible misuse or piracy and risks of contamination by viruses circulating on the network. The organizer declines any direct or indirect liability for misuse or incidents related to the use of the computer, Internet access, maintenance or malfunction of the contest servers, the telephone line or any other technical connection, to send forms to an incorrect or incomplete address.
It is up to each participant to take all appropriate measures to protect themselves.

The company or incident related to the use of computers, access to the Internet, to maintenance. It is up to each participant to take all appropriate measures to protect themselves.
The organizer may at any time, including for technical reasons, updating and maintenance, interrupt access to the site and the contest. The organizer will in no way be responsible for these interruptions and their consequences.
